vybe ("we," "us," or "our") operates vybefm.us and related artist tools. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (including via Spotify or Google through our auth provider).
- Campaign data: track links, artist names, stream goals, payment status, placement logs, and metrics you view in the artist portal.
- Payment data: checkout and billing metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate IP address for security, rate limiting, and product improvement.
How we use information
- Run playlist promotion campaigns you purchase
- Show campaign metrics, placements, and progress in your portal
- Process payments and send transactional messages
- Prevent abuse of public tools (for example playlist health checks)
- Improve reliability and support artists who contact us
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate vybe, such as:
- Supabase (database, auth, and realtime)
- Stripe (payments)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Spotify (when you connect or when we fetch public track/playlist metadata)
- Upstash (rate limiting and caching, when enabled)
- Inngest (background jobs, when enabled)
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect vybe, our users, or the public.
Retention
We keep account and campaign records while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Your choices
- Update profile details in the artist portal where available
- Request access, correction, or deletion by messaging @vybe.sh on Instagram
- Disable cookies in your browser (some features may not work)
Children
vybe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of vybe after changes means you accept the updated policy.
